These terms govern access to veuvenoire.org. The terms applicable to the services are set out in the Terms of sale.
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to veuvenoire.org (the "Site"), published by L'Entité Nexus inc. under the Veuve Noire brand. By browsing the Site, you accept them. The terms applicable to the services are set out in the Terms of sale.
2. Definitions
"Publisher": L'Entité Nexus inc. "User": any person browsing the Site. "Services": the services described on the Site and governed by the Terms of sale.
3. Access to the Site
The Site is free to access. The Publisher may modify, suspend or interrupt access without notice, in particular for maintenance. The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4. Nature of the content
The content of the Site is provided for general information purposes. It constitutes neither a legal opinion, nor immigration advice, nor a consultation. The situations presented in the "In practice" section are illustrative and anonymized; they are not a promise of results.
5. Regulatory framework
The Publisher carries out no investigation activity within the meaning of the Private Security Act (CQLR, c. S-3.5). No request sent through the Site will be treated as an investigation mandate; requests of this kind are referred to an agency licensed by the Bureau de la sécurité privée.
6. Forms and communications
The Site's forms are used only to establish a first contact. No sensitive, legal or personal information should be sent through them; use the encrypted email address provided. The User undertakes not to send any material obtained unlawfully (unauthorized access to an account, interception of communications, geolocation of a person); any such material is refused and destroyed.
7. User obligations
The User shall not use the Site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, extract its content by automated means, or impersonate a third party in the forms.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its structure, text, visuals and brand are the property of L'Entité Nexus inc. or are used under licence. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
9. Personal information and cookies
The processing of personal information is described in the Privacy policy. Non-essential cookies are disabled until the User has given consent (see Manage cookies).
10. Limitation of liability
The Publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Site, from the inability to access it, or from the User's use of the general information it contains.
11. External links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites whose content the Publisher does not control.
12. Changes to these terms
The Publisher may amend these terms; the version online is authoritative.
13. Governing law
Laws applicable in Quebec and in Canada; courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
